Shortly after the start of the Non-Race.
The course was windward-leward twice around (B, C, B, RC). The race committee declared the start a non-start but most (all?) of the boats racing missed this. Shortly after rounding the pin at the end of the starting line (the leward mark) to head back for the windward mark a second time, some boats got the word that they were racing a non-race and turned back. Eventually, everyone else got back and we started the first offical race of the day.
