Someone appears to have dropped some boats into the bay, can they please come and tidy up.

What bay is that then mate? Doesn't look much like the UK. The flat landscape suggests perhaps the Netherlands??

Possibly taken from the top of a partly built office block.
Did all the ships get lost like a pod of whales and end up in this bay Wink
