Is proof that sailing an E5 can significanlty improve your sailing or a similarly named couple at QMSC?

Good job Andy and Jill,

It's a shame you couldn't fly the cherub kite.  Much more fun that nthe tiny RS200 kite.

At courus 2 weeks ago in the ent Sarah said 'i want a spinnaker'.  I said you can have it in the boat but we can't use it.

Yes - Jill is no longer scared of the speed or instability of the 200 (she came from a cat sailing background) now that she has the cherub as a reference point.

Dave the 2 firsts in one race - because the fleet was split into 4 flights of 25.  2 flights sailed together on one course, the other two together on a different course.  The combination changed each race so you had to watch the coulour of the flags.  Led to the slightly annoying fact that we couldn't do anything about Ben in the last race as we were on the other course.  He had to finish first or second to beat us.  Traditionally we would have sailed him out at the start but with flights we couldn't.  Starting with the wrong fleet on the wrong course might have been considered unsporting behaviour?

Unsporting, yes but probably a lot of fun.
Anyway Ben had a Macgregor crew they can take it!
We will probably see one of those girls at the olympics in the furture.
Were the people in third really there?
Quite possibly the best named team in sailing if they are genuine.
