I can help either day, if needed. If not, I'll see whoever is there on the day  Smiley

Ok first stab at a show stand rota,

I have put names in where people have specified time preferences.  Where preferences have not been made I have just added names into spaces.  So shout if you want to be moved and shout if you can help and your name is not in the rota.

The intention is to have a committee meeting at lunch time on Saturday so at present I have put ben rushton in the 12 -2pm slot. I think a non committee member with a bit more time in the class would be helpful.

Ok A slightly updated rota.

I have taken the liberty of putting the Lees on between 12:00 and 14:00.  I know Will is on the committee however having the big guns on at the most popular time will be of great benefit to the class.

We have saturday sorted.

We are nearly there with Sunday but it looks like some of us who are there all day will end up doing an extra shift.

Many thanks to those who have offered their services.

I can probably fill the gap on sunday.    .....Is anyone coming up the M3 that wouldn't mind a 10min detour en route?  (I really need to get driving!!)

Apols for messing this around... Due to Saturdays committee meeting we're going to sail on the Sunday instead. So I can cover the stand at lunch time during the committee meeting.
