Have you thought about siting the lower end of the lowers inboard from the shroudpoints?
Well worth considering as it also makes it much easier to climb on the foredeck when you need to. On Halo I used to have Y shaped lowers which went in horizontally from the shroud anchors then split, half to the gooseneck and half to the mast foot. That gave the advantages without the structural challenge of needing a strong point inward from the gunwhale.
